1. About these terms
These terms apply when you commission work from CraftedMind AI Solutions ("CraftedMind", "we", "us"). Every project also has a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price and timeline. If the two differ, the signed project agreement applies.
2. Our services and who owns the work
We offer two services:
- Websites and web apps: custom, mobile-first websites and web apps, designed, built and launched for your business.
- Google and AI discoverability: technical SEO, local SEO, structured data and setup that help Google, ChatGPT and other AI tools understand your business.
Ownership of the code, designs and files we create for you passes to you once the project is paid in full. Until then, the work remains CraftedMind's. We keep ownership of our own tools and templates that were not made specifically for you, and we may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all text, photos, logos and other material you give us for your project.
3. Payment
Projects are paid in two parts: 50% before any work starts, and 50% after you approve the preview, before the website goes live or the files are handed over.
Prices are agreed in writing for each project; we do not publish fixed prices. Your domain, hosting, payment-gateway fees and other third-party running costs are paid by you directly, in your name.
4. Warranty and limits
We fix bugs in the work we deliver, free of charge, for 30 days after launch. We are not responsible for outages or changes at third-party services, such as your hosting provider, payment gateways, Cloudflare or Google.
We do not guarantee search rankings, placement in Google's AI Overviews, or recommendations by AI tools, because these are decided by Google and other AI companies. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for it.
5. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking it through. If a dispute cannot be settled, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, as set out in your signed project agreement, which also states any arbitration arrangements.
