1. How projects are paid
Every CraftedMind project is custom-made and is paid in two parts: 50% before any work starts, and 50% after you approve the preview, before the website goes live or the files are handed over.
2. The 50% advance
The advance reserves time in our schedule and pays for the planning, design and build work that starts straight away. Once work has started, the advance is non-refundable.
3. Cancelling a project
You can cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing. If you cancel before the final payment:
- We will not issue the final invoice.
- The unfinished work, designs and source code remain CraftedMind's.
- If you would like to keep them, we will quote for the work done so far and hand it over once that amount is paid.
