1. Who we are
CraftedMind AI Solutions ("CraftedMind", "we", "us") is a web design studio based in India. For this website, we decide why and how your personal data is used, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
When we build a website for a client, the client is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected on their website, and we act only as a Data Processor on their instructions.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), current website (optional) and the details of your project.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a small note for the current visit so our opening animation plays only once; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To plan, build and support your project if you become a client.
- To keep tax and accounting records.
By sending us your details, you consent to these uses. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6). We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
4. Services that handle your data for us
- Web3Forms delivers messages from our contact form to our inbox.
- Cloudflare and Google (Gmail) route and store our email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries your messages if you contact us on WhatsApp.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this website, so your IP address reaches Google when a page loads.
- Vercel hosts this website and may record technical details such as IP addresses to keep it secure.
Some of these services store data outside India.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 12 months, then deleted, unless you become a client.
- Client records (agreements, invoices and project correspondence): for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need to keep it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
- handle a complaint (grievance) about how we use your data;
- record someone you nominate to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot do so yourself.
Email your request to hello@craftedmindai.com. We will reply within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
8. Security and no selling
This website is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to your data to what we need to do our work. We never sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
