1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or commissioning digital services from CraftedMind AI Solutions ("CraftedMind", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our client Statement of Work (SOW) milestone agreements.
2. Deliverables & Code Ownership
CraftedMind provides custom bespoke web systems, database architectures, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). All bespoke source code and assets created for the client transfer to 100% full client ownership upon settlement of final milestone invoice.
3. Milestone Invoicing & Sprint Stages
Standard sprint cycles follow a 3-stage milestone structure: 50% advance project kickoff deposit, 25% upon staging review approval, and 25% prior to live production DNS deployment.
4. Limitation of Liability
CraftedMind AI Solutions guarantees code quality and 30 days of post-launch bug fixes. We are not liable for external third-party outages (Cloudflare, Stripe, AWS, or search algorithm fluctuations).
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR / Bhadohi, UP, India.
