1. Bespoke Development Engagements
Because all bespoke web systems, custom CRM backends, and Generative Engine Optimization architectures are tailor-made and involve dedicated sprint schedules from senior specialists, our refund terms align with completed milestone deliverables.
2. Kickoff Deposit (Milestone 1)
The 50% project kickoff deposit reserves development sprint capacity, UI/UX architecture specifications, and code scaffolding. Once development begins, this deposit is non-refundable.
3. Milestone Cancellation Terms
If a client cancels a project prior to Milestone 2 or 3, subsequent milestone invoices will not be issued. Any source code and assets completed up to that point will be delivered to the client as-is.
4. Monthly SEO & Retainer Cancellation
Monthly recurring retainers can be cancelled with 14 days' written notice before the upcoming monthly billing cycle. Pre-paid retainer fees for an active billing cycle are non-refundable.
